Poverty Alleviation
The major causes of poverty in India are high population growth, unscientific agricultural practices, dependence on agriculture, illiteracy, unemployment, caste-based politics, the urban-rural divide, and discrimination on the basis of caste, creed and religion. Poor people lack sufficient food, clothing, education and health care; they live in areas prone to disease, crime and natural disasters. Their basic civil and human rights are often non-existent.
Our initiatives
- Educational help through textbooks, notebooks, scholarships, school uniforms and more.
- Training for self-employment targeted at rural and poor women.
- Free medical camps for health check-ups.
- Free blanket distribution during winter to those in need.
Direct impact: Every winter, blankets reach families who would otherwise face the harsh Rajasthan cold unprepared. Our educational support and self-employment training address the root causes of poverty, not just its symptoms — breaking the cycle for the next generation.
