Educational Promotion
Abhinav Pragati Samiti strives to facilitate complete literacy, generate skills and professionals for employment, and foster socio-economic development in Bagar and its surrounding rural areas.
Key achievements: Scholarships for needy students, interest-free study loans, a text-book library and book-bank, and annual honours for brilliant students and exceptional educators — all made available irrespective of caste, creed or gender.
Key objectives
- To promote, expand and develop the educational sector.
- To cooperate with the government and various other organisations for educational promotion.
- To lay down standards and quality for educational programmes.
- To provide scholarships to poor and needy students.
- To honour brilliant students with prizes, medals and other awards.
- To provide interest-free loans for higher studies to poor and needy students.
- To establish a text-book library and book-bank for costly higher-studies textbooks.
- To institute awards honouring persons and dignitaries who have done exceptional service in promoting education.
- To make the benefits of these activities available to all, irrespective of caste, creed and gender.
And generally to undertake all such lawful things as are incidental or conducive to educational promotion, directly or indirectly.
