About Us

A non-profit charitable NGO working since 5th October 1976 for the holistic social development of Bagar and its nearby rural areas.

Who We Are

Abhinav Pragati Samiti is a non-profit charitable NGO, working incessantly since 5th October 1976 towards the holistic social development of Bagar town and its nearby rural areas. We have been voluntarily striving to uplift the financial condition of the underprivileged sections of society. We serve through educational promotion, women empowerment and vocational training, poverty alleviation, health care and other programmes. Our aim is to facilitate self-sufficiency and overall development for all, irrespective of caste, creed and gender.

Founder & Honorary President

Shri L.N. Rungta established the Samiti on 5th October 1976, inspired by the philanthropic spirit of his father, Late Shri Parmeshwar Lal Rungta. Under his steadfast leadership the institution has grown into a trusted force for rural welfare across the Shekhawati region.

Our Vision

Late Shri Parmeshwar Lal Rungta (father of our founder president Shri L.N. Rungta) always believed that one should never lose any opportunity that comes across one’s life to help the poor and the underprivileged. In line with this philosophy, Abhinav Pragati Samiti has always believed in giving back to the community in more ways than one, and has constantly reinforced its social commitments. The institution was established by the inspiration of Late Shri Parmeshwar Lal Rungta on 5th October 1976.

Our Mission — To disseminate quality social services to all, especially to rural people, and to facilitate self-sufficiency and overall development irrespective of caste, creed and gender.
Our Values — To place full faith in God who makes everything possible, and to be considerate and compassionate towards every individual we serve.
Our Beliefs — Nothing is impossible with the right attitude, hard work and team spirit. We move forward together, guided by integrity and service.
